I'm sorry but the ambulance is not to blame in any way here. If you're too blind to spot the flashing sirens of a goddamn ambulance you have no business driving. The siren had too much momentum to brake, and too little space to swerve away. If the kia driver had kept an eye on the road to his right, he could've EASILY spotted the ambulance coming.
